When my ancestors crossed the plains to settle northern Utah, they transformed a harsh high desert into a thriving community through hard work and perseverance. Today, that same spirit is being tested—not by the land, but by rules that make it increasingly difficult to build homes. Restrictive housing policies threaten Logan’s future as a place where families can put down roots. I’m committed to expanding the right to build so that Logan remains a community my children—and others like them—can afford to call home.
